Enchant is the world’s largest Christmas Light Maze, made up of over 55,000 sq. ft. of brilliantly illuminated sculptures arranged to create the perfect atmosphere for an evening adventure. Along with the maze, Enchant featured a market with over 40 local vendors, 12 food trucks and a licensed eating area where guests can enjoy their favourite holiday drink. Collective X was hired to produce the market portion of the festival in 2016. 

Collective X was hired by the MS Society (BC and Yukon Division) in 2014 and 2015 to work on the Muck MS Obstacle Race in Chilliwack, BC. Collective X was responsible for the creation and development of the obstacle course concept, construction of the course and obstacles, implementation of the race on event day in addition to staffing of key positions. Collective X also took care of race logistics, sound production and the creation/implementation of Safety Plans, Production and Event Schedules.

Collective X was contracted by the Vancouver Police Foundation to help produce their Covert Ops event that took place in Summer 2017. Close to 150 participants from Vancouver companies traded in their business suits workout wear, including official VPD gear, to participate in the Foundation’s new fundraiser: Covert OPS, Mission 01. Each team of eight competed for the bragging rights and coveted Top Squad Riot Shield. Together, the participants helped raise over a quarter million dollars for the Peer-to-Peer Youth Mental Health program. 

In addition to managing for our own events, Collective X has managed bar services for many large scale festivals and special events including clients and events such as Honda Celebration of Lights, Canada Day at Canada Place, Glow Christmas, Enchant, CanCity, Great Okanagan Beer Festival, Burnaby Blues Festival, UBC Block Party, Export A, Red Bull, and many others.
